Michael Lapp interviewed former and current employees of the Migration Division of Puerto Rico. These interviews were conducted for his dissertation that he wrote, Managing Migration: the Migration Division of Puerto Rico and Puerto Ricans in New York City, 1948 – 1968 for a PhD in History at John Hopkins University. (CENTRO has a copy of his disseratation.)
