Interview with Dr. Frank Bonilla, Centro Founding Director and Inter University Program for Latino Research, conducted by Luis Cardona. The date and location of this interview are not known.
Dr. Frank Bonilla was director of the Center for Puerto Rican Studies and founder of University Program for Latino Research (IUPLR). He was also advisor for other organizations such as: ASPIRA, Directors of the Empowerment Institute of the Community, and the Poverty and Race Research Institute, among other organizations from other areas within New York City.

After Bonilla retired from El Centro, he continued to promote the importance on Latino Studies within the U.S. His program IUPLR still active today and includes a large list of Latino Study departments and studies centers at different universities within the U.S.
