Interview with Louis Nuñez, former President of Aspira, President of the National Puerto Rican Coalition Director and former staff and Director of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission.

Born in 1931. Nuñez was named Staff Director of the Commission on Civil Rights by Jimmy Carter in 1978. He was also National Executive Director of APSIRA of America, an organization devoted to education and leadership opportunities for Puerto Rican youth, from 1967-1972 and later served as president of the National Puerto Rican Coalition.
